Introduction
The ABS/ESC production line designed and manufactured by Wuhan CERES is composed of： It is composed of multiple systems such as manual loading and unloading, manual transfer, multi-station automatic pressing, response time detection, high pressure detection and comprehensive performance detection, mainly for the production of automotive ABS products. During production, the automatic transfer between the products is mainly carried out by robots and manual transfer, and other materials are loaded by workers at the corresponding stations. The entire production line combines robot and manual operation, and the production cycle is within 60s. The Implementation of company’s self-developed production data management system： production query traceability management system and production management system has greatly facilitates production line monitoring and data inquiries. The design of the production line is flexible, and can be adapted to the production and processing of multiple products through tool change, with stable functions, reliable operation and high cost performance.
